All products are handmade with polymer clay. Due to the fragile nature of these products, our products are recommended for ages 4 and up. Please handle with care and use under constant supervision.

Refund Policy: 
All sales are final and no refunds.

Shipping Policy:

Flat rate lettermail is $5 and tracked is $17.

Lettermail delivery is buyers risk. There is no guarantee on time of delivery or tracking. Stick'n It is not responsible for lost or damaged items that are delivered in this method. Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery. Disputes can be emailed to snowboarding_23@hotmail.com. It is at the discretion of the owner on how these claims are reviewed and solved. 

Turnaround time before an item is shipped is labeled in each product description.

Made to order items are 4-6 weeks before being shipped.

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Tracked items will be sent/picked up within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to update.
